"I found out about a program that state farm was using called 360 and I emailed Kimberly at the office. She replied that she didn't have access to this program. Seventeen days later, I received a letter from state farm asking me to reach out to the agent and ask him about the 360 program. Seeing how Kimberly was no help, I reached out to this Mark Mackey and left them approximately 6 messages and several emails. I don't know if he wasn't getting the messages or he thinks he's too important to return phone calls. You have got a storefront and two cubicles. I don't know why you think you're setting the world on fire, but I still haven't gotten a call back from him. I found the agent on Cicero just south of Devon, he's already provided me with information I didn't know before. I couldn't wait to get away from this incompetent agent. You should probably do the same."

"I was in an accident where the car behind me hit me, but instead of answering my questions, I was repeatedly transferred to customer service. I couldn’t get any advice on whose insurance I should file the claim with or how to handle the situation. Even during my questions, I was transferred to customer service. Despite knowing that I had already filed a claim through my insurance that was not a right way to claim, the agent refused to provide any help and kept redirecting me to another line without addressing my concerns. After more than 15 years with this agent, I’ve decided to move to a different one starting tomorrow."

"No one ever answers the phone when you call. I've tried number of times to call somebody no one answers. I called the corporate number then they transfer me back to Mark's line who doesn't answer the phone. At this point I'm trying to cancel my auto policy and no one will even answer the phone to do it. I might stop in the office but nobody's there anyways. 100% dissatisfied with the service"
